1. Is it truly free to customize a piece? What is the catch?
There is no catch. Traditional jewelers charge a steep "design fee" or "bespoke premium" just to create a 3D model. We waive that entirely. You only pay for the tangible materials used—the exact weight of the gold, natural or lab-grown diamonds, gemstones and/or pearls required—plus the base craftsmanship. The design time, CAD rendering, and consultations are 100% complimentary.
2. What are the limits to what I can customize?
There are absolutely no limits. You can customize to any extent. You can modify an existing design from our catalog (e.g., changing a gemstone, adjusting a band width, or swapping metal colors) or we can build a completely new, unique masterpiece from a photograph, a sketch, or a verbal description. If it is structurally safe to wear, we can craft it.
3. How many revisions can I make to the 3D model?
We offer unlimited revisions. We will send you a photorealistic 3D CAD render of your design from multiple angles. If you want to change a prong, lower a setting, or modify a detail, we will tweak it. We do not cast the physical metal until you give us your 100% final approval in writing.
4. How long does a custom jewelry piece take to manufacture?
Because we control our manufacturing pipeline directly, our custom turnaround is incredibly efficient. Once you officially approve your final 3D design, it typically takes 10 to 45 business days for our master artisans to handcraft, polish, and quality-check your piece before dispatch. Actual timelines depends on the complexity of the design and the diamonds and/or gemstones you choose. Our team will inform you once you finalize your design and other criteria.
5. Can I return a customized jewelry piece?
Because bespoke items are individually crafted to your personal specifications, they cannot be resold and are final sale. However, our unlimited 3D CAD revision process ensures that you see exactly what your piece looks like before production begins, eliminating any surprises. Additionally, we stand by our quality with a full material authenticity guarantee by issuing certificate/report from world-recognized international gemological laboratories such as GIA, IGI, GII, GRS, Gubelin, SSEF and/or C. Dunaigre - offering you peace of mind.
6. Do you ship custom orders internationally?
Yes. We ship custom creations fully insured and securely to your doorstep across India, Canada and almost all the countries in the world. Your piece is packed in tamper-proof luxury boxing and is completely covered by our transit insurance until the moment you sign for it.
